The city even approved <a href="https://therealdeal.com/2018/03/27/demo-regrets-city-officials-lament-tearing-down-rental-buildings-to-make-way-for-long-delayed-dobro-park/">tearing down rent stabilized buildings</a> to make way for this new park slash parking garage.</p>
