With the <a href="https://ohnodobro.com/2018/04/14/what-will-dobro-look-like-ten-years-tribeca/">sheer number of chain stores</a> in our zip code, how could the rent not be that ridiculous? Not that I was expecting any mom-and-pop stores in the neighborhood.</p>
